Our workout for plus size beginners in April 2017 is a 10×10 Workout. You really don’t need any equipment for this one, other than perhaps a chair, couch or coffee table to put your hands on.
As with all exercise, if it’s been a while since you were physically active or you have any health concerns, please check with your doctor to make sure they are happy for you to increase your activity. In most cases, they will encourage you to start moving more but it’s always been to get the okay for your unique set of circumstances.
Plus Size Workout of the Month: The Instructions
As the name suggests (sort of!), there are 10 rounds of 10 reps in this workout. There are also 10 different exercises. It’s really all about the number 10!
For round one, do 10 repetitions of each of the 10 exercises. Have a quick drink or a breather if required before going for round two. Continue to repeat the 10 reps of the 10 exercises for 10 rounds. Don’t panic if 10 rounds is too much the first time you do this. Do as many rounds as you can and aim to improve over time.

- Total Body Extensions
- Front Kicks
- Push Ups
- Stick Ups
- Walk Out Burpees
- Low Impact Jumping Jacks
- Basic Crunch
- Glute Bridge
